My month didn’t start off so great, which makes me uneasy bc I’m a little superstitious or whatever & I feel like the way you start a month will mark a tendency throughout the period. My November started in the best way possible & it was a great month, although very different from the previous ones in that, for example, I didn’t go out much @ night. I did attend a few concerts though, such as
Belle & Sebastian which was AMAZING. I think I’d never seen a gig where there was so much LOVE, emotion & affection in the air. They are just so fucking cute. Then there was the
Hot Festival.
Girl Talk blew my mind. I’d never heard him before & he rocked it. He’s a DJ who does mashups. It was weird they put him on @ 8pm bc his sets are obviously for after midnight in a club. I totally wanted to be drunk in a club dancing wildly to his music. People went crazy anyways...he got a bunch of them dancing onstage & he himself would jump up onto the table & start dancing with his shirt off. He’s attractive btw : D

That same night was
Mika (he’s cute & a great showman),
Scissor Sisters (a bit disappointing...they didn’t play “
She’s my man”, my fav song by them),
Hot Chip (ditto, plus the sound was awful) &
Phoenix (I love those sexy French men). The next night was
Thievery Corporation (really enjoyable) &
Massive Attack (Needless to say... OMG).
