These past couple of days I did something I don’t normally do: spent hrs lounging on the couch in front of the TV. This happened bc I had the energy to do nothing but watch TV, drink Gatorade, eat ice cream in massive amounts (I can’t do things just a little bit) & sleep -of course-. To make a long story short on Thurs -while hanging out w/ a friend @ a park- I started puking & continued 8 more times until I was rly dehydrated & could barely walk. So I had 2 go 2 the hospital, get IV fluids, blood tests, etc. They said according 2 my results nothing’s wrong…I demand 2 see Dr. Gregory House!

Anyways. I was hanging out w/ my friend. Her name’s Ceci & she has a bb daughter, Olivia, who is 1. She already plays the harmonica & xylophone, how cool is that?! They are both ~sooo~ beautiful. & I don’t rly like bbs. Well, unless they belong 2 ppl I ~love~. Ceci told me she’s been listening to: Kings of Convenience, Owl City, Peter Bjorn & John, Iron & wine, Alvy Singer Big Band, Marcadores Nuevos. She asked me to recommend stuff & that as I could see she was into calm things @ the moment. I said: Cousteau, Robert Francis, M83, The softies, Calexico, Wilco, The whitest boy alive, Frente!, Morcheeba, George, Fiona Apple.

So, about TV. I mostly watched

- E! Entertainment Television: Streets of Hollywood, Girls of the playboy mansion (loves it. Always watch it when I’m sick. Kendra is my fav), a Miley Cyrus bio (I didn’t mind her…why do I find all the teen queens likable? Taylor Swift is the prettiest though, non?), random making-of/behind-the-scenes clips for instance Nine (Someone dared to allude to Fellini’s 8 ½? What is this fuckery?!), New Moon (Haven’t seen it yet…boo!)

- MTV Hits: This was good since I’m always outta the loop when it comes to singles & clips. So I saw vids by current acts whose vids I’d never seen (I’m 2 lazy 2 YouTube them) such as La Roux, Vampire Weekend, Owl City (who I’d never heard of b4 Ceci mentioned them), Adam Lambert (which reminded me of Holly Interlandi), Black Lips, Locksley, etc. I also saw “Video Phone” by Beyoncé & Lady Gaga. Dunno if I’d seen a vid by Lady Gaga, or even heard a song of hers aside from “Just dance”. OOPS. What can I say? Those ladies got style, they got moves!

- LOST Season 5: Hurley throwing a hot pocket @ Ben, Jack Sheperd blasting The Pixies in his car, Aaron is a really ugly kid, LaFleur is a st0ne f0x, Daniel Faraday is a teddy bear, Richard Alpert wears eyeliner & it becomes him, Ben Linus I feel u, “Why not me?”, etc...

Anyways. I dreamt Sayid got killed by by a werewolf-skeleton/ghost type thing in a haunted house : (

He posted this image of Obama in a Dharma Initiative jumpsuit on his FB profile. I saw it last night then went to ZZZ. This morning, the following exchange (slightly edited) took place on his FB wall.

Me: You made a cameo in my Epic Dreams last night, merged with a dude I met in Berlin. We were CouchSurfing in Rio, watched an ep of Lost (maybe the ~NEW SEASON PREMIERE~?) & discussed. That’s what happened in general. Except OMG I just remembered that in a l8r dream, JOHN LOCKE was present when I was with this family watching TV, playing with the kids & such. So…who are your fav Lost characters?

Sean: What were the SPECIFICS of this dream I starred in. Did I, at any point, take my pants off and have a dance off? My favourite Lost characters, hmm, it used to be John Locke exclusively, but then it was Desmond and then it was Faraday. I'm also starting to like Jack despite his emoness and constant crying.

Me: If you insist: THE SPECIFICS were that I had a crush on you & didn't know how to start conversation, I was like hmm maybe if I ask him WHAT LIES IN THE SHADOW OF THE STATUE or something like that he will think I am cool bc I know my Lost? I wrote you a note or something, I don't remember what happened exactly but I know it resulted in an Epic Failure. I srsly dreamt this stuff btw.

When I say “Epic Dream” I mean Epic. Sometimes I have these dreams that are like…epic. I call them Dream Odysseys. They are usually many dreams, like different “episodes”. Some are connected. I can write pages & pages in Word about them. They feature an array of ppl from my life, the music world, fictional characters, etc. If I know who you are, if you’re on my FB friends list, if we’ve met in person (even if just briefly), in all likelihood you’ve been In! My! Dreams! Alas you’ll probably never find out bc I don’t want you to think weird things. But sometimes I tell ppl, like I told Admiral Seanski today.

I considered posting extensively about last night’s Dream Odyssey. I won’t. But voilà a list of some other things & ppl (initials in some cases : P) involved.

Lucy Arias; a super luxurious beach front apartment building tower in Rio, situated atop a hill so high that to access it you had to go up a roller-coaster like incline (the way down was also like riding down on a roller-coaster, very steep, think Splash Mountain on rails); JW; cruising across Rio a cable car with Fito Paez; me & another girl (dunno who?) getting assaulted by 2 guys, lotsa mud blood & ouch, JO merged w/ FF, flying 2 escape; ppl who were morally decaying acquiring rat-like features in a seedy park, the biggest rat dude dying & the others eating him; a Brady Bunch-esque situation where I watched TV with a family & played with the kids (but John Locke was there, oops, I mentioned this already); my bday celebrated twice on a train or airplane, the flight attendants shooing me outta the back of the aircraft when I wanted 2 go 2 the WC bc they were readying my cake, GC; Satsang, stretching @ 3 baby kittens @ the gym, GG -who I sort of have a crush on- making an appearance merged w/ PV, the beautiful Dasha (kitties were hers), SC, EP (I think?); wandering the hallways @ my high school in the dark, running into bicycles…but then one of them belonged to GG/PV, & the gym was connected to my high school; willing my mom’s apartment into existence, it being full of designer boots; SA (I think?); hanging out with Daniel Johns merged w/ Richey Manics in some park with lots of hills, his dog (Sweep or Snoopy?), he ran off & forgot I had his bike helmet; my brother making fun of me; small dogs in handbags; stealing chocolates; teatime; my brother’s ex girlfriend.
