CHRiSSY’S GUiDE 2 THA MANiX!

I kinda never recommend the MSP - reasons will be explored & explained in another post. Same w/ how I started liking them. I’ll just say they’re a very particular band. BUT they’re one of those groups who have so many albums & have done so much that if you hear the wrong stuff, you’re fucked. Personally, 4 many years I paid them no attention bc I'd heard certain songs that made me feel nothing. Of course this is 100% relative. Those same tunes must have captivated many other ppl & made them fans. NOW... if I had to recommend an album, of course I’d pick “The Holy Bible” (it’s like, their masterpiece). 2nd: “Journal for Plague Lovers”. I'd also say IGNORE “This is my truth tell me yours”, "Know your enemy" & “Send away the tigers”. Maybe I just haven’t had my ~moment~ w/ them yet? Whatever it is...I ain’t feeling it! Either way, I’m more of a song person. So I will make an extensive list of the tracks I like & (I guess?) would recommend.

IIIFFF I had to choose just one or two songs to sum up the band... Faster or Slash n burn. Besides, they both put me in a really good mood. I listen to Slash n burn when I'm getting ready to go out & stuff.

IN ADDITION I approve of these: Miss Europa Disco Dancer (I guess they’re making fun of disco or something but what can I say...LOVES IT), Facing page: top left, Ifwhiteamericatoldthetruthforonedayit'sworldwouldfallapart, Dead passive, We her majesty’s prisoners, Motorcycle emptiness, Close my eyes, Just a kid, The masses against the classes, Never want again (although it reminds me of a RLY DARK TIME! in my life...which I guess is why it’s no longer among my favs), Die in the summertime, So dead (*), A design for life, Black Garden, Hanging on, Donkeys...

LASTLY my current favs are: Auto-intoxication (from the new album out September 20th) & My Guernica...I’m listening to both on repeat, ~O B S E S S i V E L Y~

(*) U may have noticed the word "dead" & its variations repeatedly throughout the song titles...LOL
